The Energizing San Diego ChallengeThe 2025 Energizing San Diego Challenge gives middle and high school students in San Diego the chance to learn about energy use and environmental leadership and then inspire changes in their community. Challenge activities help participants develop leadership skills and can be completed as a class, in small groups/clubs, or even individually! Registration recommended by October 7.

The People and Planet ChallengeJoin the People and Planet Challenge to allow your students to learn about air and water quality and how human activity has affected these in your community. With this knowledge, your students will plan and launch their very own campaigns, raising awareness about an environmental issue in their community through NGSS-aligned challenges. Challenge activities are adaptable for distance, hybrid, or in-person learning and available in both English and Spanish.
